Roger Federer played a doubles and singles exhibition match in the farewell night for former world No.13 Jarkko Nieminen. The farewell event was the first time that Federer has played in Finland. In an interview during the evening, he promised that he will visit Finland again. He also revealed that he is an icehockey fan. During the event, a doubles match was played including former Finnish ice hockey legend Teemu Selänne and similarly legendary Swede, Peter Forsberg.
